RAYBA Summer Updates!
Travel Basketball Registration - OPEN!
· Girls tryouts are September 13/14 and Boys tryouts are September 20/21st for (Attendance is mandatory)
· Lil Hoopsters – Registration Opens September 1st (for boys and girls starting Kindergarten and will take place on Saturdays starting in Mid October)
·1st and 2nd Grade House Basketball – Registration opens September 7th (will take place on Saturdays starting mid October)
·3rd-8th Grade House Basketball – Registration opens September 14th (evaluations will most likely be November 1st and 2nd with practices starting late November)
·High School House Basketball – Registration will open in November.
RAYBA is excited to bring back the 4K Shot Made Club! This summer, players who make 4,000 shots will earn a t-shirt, prizes and will get shout-outs on the RAYBA social media pages and website! Plus, this year, all who make 4,000 shots will be entered into a drawing to win Timberwolves tickets!
Practice at game speed, and use backspin to simulate receiving a pass. Or shoot with a friend, sibling, parent or coach. Shoot a variety of shots to become the best shooter possible.
Estimated shots made based from the following activities:
• 75 shots for 1 day at a regular basketball camp
• 100 shots for 1 day at a shooting camp
• 10 shots for every 10 minutes while shooting by yourself

RAYBA - Rogers Area Youth Basketball Association
RAYBA provides youth in the communities of Rogers, Dayton, Otsego and St. Michael the opportunity to play organized basketball through House and Travel programs.
Players should be prepared to practice hard, play hard and have fun in a structured basketball environment. RAYBA provides In-House leagues for grades Kindergarten through 12th (Boys and Girls) along with Boys and Girls Travel teams for grades 3rd through 8th.
Teams are coached and/or managed by local volunteers. Tryouts are held in September for the Travel teams. In the event a player does not make a Travel team, they are given the option to play on an In-House team.
